Three public and three private institutions have partnered with Triton College to offer students an opportunity to earn their bachelor's or graduate degree without leaving Triton's campus.
Students apply to and graduate from the individual institution offering the selected programs from a range of academic disciplines. All University Center partner schools are fully accredited and maintain the same academic standards as other courses and programs offered through their home site.
Each institution has committed to having an on-campus representative at Triton College to assist students with their academic pursuits. Students follow the admission process and deadlines of their selected institution. Prospective students are encouraged to speak with the on-campus representatives provided by each institution.

Dominican University
Earn your Bachelors in Legal Studies or your Bachelor's degree in Human Services:
Interested in becoming a paralegal or working in law enforcement, government or other law-related fields? Beginning in Fall 2013, Dominican University began offering a bachelor’s of legal studies at Triton College. This degree prepares students for careers in paralegal, government, law enforcement, and nonprofit organizations.
Have you ever considered working in HR, training and development, sustainability or preparing for a graduate degree in library science or social work? If so, you might be interested in our bachelor of human services at Triton College. This degree prepares students to work in disability advocacy, government agencies, labor relations and more.
With either area of study, you earn a Dominican degree as a Dominican student while also having the convenience of the Triton College location for classes.
Dominican is just two miles from Triton, which allows students to take advantage of the River Forest campus for tutoring, the library, the wellness center, and the fitness center, among a host of vibrant student and community events.

Governors State University (GSU) has offered academic programs at Triton College through the University Center partnership since 2008. Students from surrounding community colleges, as well as Triton College students, can enroll in the GSU bachelor's degree programs offered at Triton College once they complete their associate degree or have earned at least 60 semester credit hours from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education.
Dual Degree Program (DDP)
The Dual Degree Program is a unique partnership between GSU and Triton Community College that provides full-time students with an excellent pathway to earn quality, accessible, and affordable associate and bachelor's degrees. While you are pursuing your Associates at Triton, plan to participate in GSU’s DDP program! Your enrollment in the DDP will not limit transfer options in any way. Students do not have to attend GSU by enrolling in the DDP. If you decide to transfer to GSU, you will have many advantages not available to non-DDP students. DDP offers unique scholarship opportunities! It is easy to enroll in the DDP - and it's free!

If you think in terms of data systems and networks, Information Technology could be your niche. As a Cisco Academy institution, you will be equipped to build, maintain, and protect information systems through hands-on experience and exposure to components such as VMware virtualization software, Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016, Cisco Packet Tracer, physical Cisco switches and routers, pfSense firewalls, and Cisco NetAcad. Workshops are also offered to students in CompTIA A+, Security+, and Network+, allowing them to prepare for key industry certification examinations. |

Southern Illinois University Carbondale
It's an SIU Universe
If you like the classroom experience, but you can't make it to the Southern Illinois University Carbondale campus. We will bring our campus closer to you - as near as Triton College. You'll have the quintessential experience of being in a college classroom with an SIU teacher and you'll be closer to home. It's almost like we make house calls.
The Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Applied Engineering from SIU is offered in a weekend format that is designed to allow adults to pursue a bachelor’s degree while working full time. It includes 48 semester hours of college courses covering such subjects as Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, computer-aided manufacturing, supervision, and project management. These courses, required for SIUC’s Industrial Management and Applied Engineering (IMAE) major, are scheduled over a 24-month period. A typical course would be scheduled on alternate weekends, with daylong classes held on both Saturdays and Sundays. Classes begin promptly at 8 a.m. SIUC’s IMAE program is accredited by The Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE).
